Accommodation

We have arranged for 76 en suite rooms (£35 or approx. €45 per night), and several hundred regular rooms (£30 or approx. €37 per night) to be available to congress delegates. These are located at the University of Aberdeen, and are near a direct bus route to the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre, where the congress is being held. These will be available on a first come, first served basis, as part of the registration process. In addition Visit Scotland offer a wide range of hotels and B&Bs.

The congress is being held at the end of the week (Tuesday through Friday) to take advantage of the much cheaper Friday and weekend rates offered at Aberdeen hotels. We are not designating conference hotels, as it is cheaper in most cases to book directly. We recommend the Premier Inn Aberdeen City Centre hotel (approx. £73 per night), which is close to the bus route and city centre. There are also two on-site hotels at the AECC, the Holiday Inn Exhibition Centre, and the Holiday Inn Express Exhibition Centre.
